Limited Request for Proposals (RFP)
This limited RFP allows nursing schools to procure essential instructional equipment that is vital for training competent nurses and expanding enrollment.
Resources provided by this critical RFP may include simulation recording and debriefing capture systems, standardized patient (SP) infrastructure and management tools, simulation operations and infrastructure supports (e.g., charging carts, secure storage, and scheduling tools), updated clinical lab equipment (e.g., IV pumps, mannequins), and updated classroom equipment (e.g., tablets, testing software, audience response polling systems).
The rapid Instructional Equipment Resource Grant template is designed for a streamlined two-week turnaround and short submission package while keeping core NSP II requirements: a cover page, brief narrative, annual budget request spreadsheet, and Mandatory Data Table.

If you are submitting a Competitive Institutional Grant with academic progression initiatives, please complete and submit the forms below.
Articulation Agreement
All NSP II reports must include these five requirements:
1. Outcomes - Projected and actual outcomes each year- measuring against the original proposed outcomes.
2. Mandatory Dissemination-citation to include authors, title, place presented, date, etc. along with abstract, poster or presentation attached to report.
3. Budget -Should reflect expenses for dissemination each year. Include a budget narrative to provide detail on expenses. Signatures on the budget summary- Project Director and Finance Director.
4. Excel Spreadsheet of the budget summary sent in email along with the PDF of annual report narrative/budget summary.
